Interior Architecture & Design Engagement
Interior architecture and BIM services are delivered through structured scope definition, clearly defined stages and measurable outputs. Engagement can be tailored for full project delivery or specific technical inputs.
-
End-to-end interior architecture services from appraisal through to implementation support.
• Brief definition and feasibility input
• Concept and design development
• Technical documentation and approvals
• Contractor coordination and site oversight
• Structured stage approvals and scope control -
Appointment limited to specific project stages where full delivery is not required.
• Concept-only engagement
• Documentation-only packages
• Technical detailing support
• Construction-stage advisory inputEach phase is clearly defined and contracted independently.
-
Advanced design documentation and coordination services for projects led by architects, developers or consultants.
• Revit-based modelling and documentation
• Joinery and fixture detailing
• MEP spatial coordination
• Authority submission documentation
• Design package refinement and review -
Specialised BIM services delivered locally or internationally.
• Parametric family creation
• 3D modelling of retail and commercial environments
• Clash detection and coordination review
• Model clean-up and refinement
• Drawing extraction and schedule integrationRemote collaboration structured through defined deliverables and reporting protocols.
Project Engagement
-
Each stage concludes with defined deliverables and written approval before progression. Approved stages are considered complete. Any revisions beyond approved scope are treated as additional services.
-
Projects may be delivered:
• Direct to client
• In collaboration with architects or consultants
• Within developer-side teams
• As remote technical supportClear communication and defined decision points remain central throughout.
-
• Concept layouts and spatial strategies
• Detailed construction documentation
• 3D models and BIM deliverables
• Schedules and technical specifications
• Site reports and design integrity reviews
How I Work
Fee Structure
Professional fees are structured to ensure transparency, proportionality and alignment with project scope.
Interior Architecture services are typically calculated as a percentage of the Cost of Works on a sliding scale. The fee adjusts proportionally as project value increases.
-
Where full services are appointed, the professional fee is distributed across defined project stages:
• Project Appraisal – 5%
• Concept Design – 15%
• Design Development – 15%
• Technical Documentation & Approvals – 40%
• Contract Administration – 25%Fees are invoiced upon completion and approval of each stage.
-
Where percentage-based fees are not suitable, alternative structures may include:
• Fixed-fee per defined scope
• Hourly appointment (technical or advisory support)
• BIM modelling packages
• Rate-per-m² concept studies (where appropriate)All fee structures are defined and agreed prior to commencement.
-
Services outside the standard Interior Architecture scope may include:
• Project Management
• Photorealistic rendering
• Additional revisions beyond agreed scope
• Disbursements and authority submission feesThese are quoted separately where applicable.
