Commercial construction within retail and multi-tenant environments requires disciplined coordination, commercial oversight and practical decision-making. My experience spans both developer-side and consultancy roles, delivering projects from feasibility planning through to construction completion and close-out.

I specialise in fast-paced retail programmes where multiple tenants, landlord requirements and building services must align within fixed programme and budget parameters. My experience includes managing portfolios of up to 40 concurrent retail fit-outs within live shopping centre environments, requiring structured sequencing, tenant coordination and risk control.

Experience in mixed-use developments exceeding N$60 million has required structured CAPEX management, procurement oversight and contract administration across multidisciplinary teams. My role has included feasibility input, budget tracking, contractor alignment and executive reporting to ensure commercial objectives are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

My background in interior design and 3D configuration enables early identification of spatial, MEP and service coordination risks. This integrated perspective is particularly valuable within complex retail and mall environments, where service conflicts and design misalignment can impact programme certainty and cost performance.
